this shouldn't be scrap..tha'ts gorgeous...how'd ya do it>...tripod?..i know you have to keep the shutter open..how long did you?...well that's what i heard..i'm afraid to capture lightening since i'm really good at photgraphy..chehe..a fav by far!!

lol I got 2 complaints so it's a deviation now. ;) I had a tripod and put the shutter speed on 30 sec. But 30 was too long since the sky was kind of bright so I darkened it in PSP. It's sort of hit or miss in such a weak storm as that one.

YEAH a Deviation....whoo hooo..yeah David said it's a hit or miss...i just need to get slower film and learn how to do it..lol..it's really COOL!

Yeah it's not really all that hard to do. It's just finding a spot that gets a lot of bolts and then having the shutter open when it does. It's mostly chance.

good for you!!! i know how hard lightening is to catch....a lot of luck and tons of anticipation....and you got it! so you should be proud....its a great photo! :)
